Introduction These Terms and Conditions (“Agreement”) govern your participation in the Delhi Bar Crawl (“Event”), operated and managed under the name Delhi Bar Crawl (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By completing a booking and/or attending the Event, you (“Participant,” “you,” or “your”) agree to be legally bound by this Agreement.
Eligibility
Participants must be at least 25 years of age, in accordance with the legal drinking age in Delhi, India.
A valid government-issued photo identification (Passport, or Driver’s License) is mandatory for entry and may be required at each venue.
Delhi Bar Crawl and partner venues reserve the right to refuse entry or service to any individual unable to provide valid proof of age.
Bookings and Payments
All bookings are final, non-refundable, and non-transferable, unless explicitly stated otherwise.
Bookings are valid only for the specified date and time of the Event.
Delhi Bar Crawl reserves the right to deny participation in cases of suspected fraudulent or unauthorized transactions.
Event Inclusions and Limitations
The Event may include access to multiple partner venues, select complimentary drinks, and/or exclusive drink offers as communicated at the time of booking.
All inclusions are subject to availability and individual venue policies.
Food, additional beverages, transportation, and personal expenses are not included unless explicitly stated.
Code of Conduct
Participants must behave responsibly, respectfully, and in compliance with all applicable laws and venue policies.
Harassment, abusive behavior, damage to property, or illegal activities are strictly prohibited.
Delhi Bar Crawl reserves the right to remove any Participant from the Event without refund for misconduct or non-compliance.
Alcohol Consumption Policy
Alcohol consumption is voluntary and undertaken at your own risk.
Delhi Bar Crawl promotes responsible drinking and does not encourage excessive consumption.
Partner venues retain full discretion to refuse service to any Participant, particularly those who appear intoxicated.
Health, Safety, and Personal Responsibility
Participation involves movement between venues and exposure to crowded environments; you agree to participate at your own risk.
You are responsible for ensuring you are physically and medically fit to attend.
Delhi Bar Crawl shall not be responsible for any injury, illness, allergic reaction, or health-related issue arising during or after the Event.
Liability Waiver
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Delhi Bar Crawl, its team members, affiliates, partners, and venue operators shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential loss, injury, damage, or expense arising out of or in connection with your participation in the Event.
Participants are solely responsible for their personal belongings at all times.
Itinerary and Event Changes
The Event itinerary, including venues, timings, and inclusions, is subject to change due to operational, regulatory, or unforeseen circumstances.
Such changes shall not entitle Participants to refunds or compensation.
Compliance with Laws and Venue Policies
Participants must comply with all applicable laws, including excise regulations and public conduct laws.
Any unlawful behavior may result in immediate removal from the Event and may be reported to local authorities.
Photography and Media Consent
By attending the Event, you grant Delhi Bar Crawl the irrevocable right to capture, use, reproduce, and distribute photographs, videos, or recordings in which you may appear, for marketing and promotional purposes without compensation.
Cancellation and Refund Policy
Delhi Bar Crawl reserves the right to cancel, postpone, or reschedule the Event due to insufficient participation, safety concerns, government restrictions, or force majeure events.
In such cases, Delhi Bar Crawl may, at its sole discretion, offer rescheduling or partial/full refunds.
Force Majeure
Delhi Bar Crawl shall not be liable for any delay or failure to perform its obligations due to events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government actions, public health emergencies, strikes, or venue closures.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Delhi Bar Crawl and its affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your participation in the Event or breach of this Agreement.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
Any disputes arising out of or in connection with this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Delhi.
Amendments
Delhi Bar Crawl reserves the right to modify or update these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Updated terms shall be effective upon publication on official platforms.
Acceptance of Terms By completing a booking and/or participating in the Delhi Bar Crawl, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions in full.
